1. Maintenance of Utility & Council Water and Wastewater Assets

Ecowise Services has many years of experience in providing services in the field of industrial motors, controls and telemetry. We provide maintenance and refurbishment services to most of the sewer and water Utilities and Councils in our region (such as ActewAGL, Queanbeyan City Council and Yass Shire Council). In fact we provide nearly all of the maintenance services currently used by those Utilities/Councils across their water and sewer reticulation and pumping network.

Some examples of our clients are:

ActewAGL - A water and sewer reticulation and treatment system serving approx 300,000 people. Ecowise is the single contractor for electrical and mechanical maintenance for the reticulation assets (routine and breakdown), which include 40 minor water and sewer pumping stations and 6 major water and sewer pumping stations.

Queanbeyan City Council - A water and sewer reticulation and treatment system serving approx 30,000 people . Ecowise has maintained the Council's sewer and water assets network, and many elements of the sewer treatment station for 5 years (including 10 minor water and sewer pumping stations, 2 major water and sewer pumping stations, 6 water reservoirs and 1 major sewer treatment plant). This also extends to standby power, level measuring & flow control equipment, and telemetry systems.

2. Traffic Signals, Roadway & Area Lighting

Ecowise Services personnel have provided installation, maintenance, accident damage repair and modification services for the entire ACT traffic signals network since the introduction of the first set of traffic lights back in the 1960's.

We provide the same services to RTA's NSW traffic light system (in South Eastern NSW region).

In December 2003 we won a three year contract with the Northern Territory Government to provide scheduled maintenance and responsive service to their 54 Traffic Signal Sites and their two Red Light Camera sites.

We also have constructed many sets of new traffic light systems in these regions.

But this also extends to roadway and area lighting as well.

Ecowise Services has constructed many sections of new roadway lighting in the ACT and NT, and we have recently commenced maintenance of roadway lighting assets as well.
